My story begins in the south of Poland where I was born. Growing up in an industrial polish suburb had its challenges. Unfortunately there wasn’t much awareness of healthy living at that time, and especially not much in my family.
My father had alcohol addiction and my mother had weight and heart problems. Sadly, losing both of my parents due to sickness and unhealthy living before I turned 15 turned out to be a speed lesson on life for me.
There was a time when I felt ashamed telling my story. I had many fears and one of them was fear of abandonment. I also had a subconscious lack of self-worth which kept me stuck in self-sabotaging behaviours in my health, career and relationships for most of my youth.
When I began working with clients as a Personal Trainer in 2010 in Sydney and then a Wellness Coach, I realised that being transparent about who I am gives me unbeatable power to help others achieve their dreams...
